Another light wind day, and another 2 races completed.  The early signs were promising -sailors arriving at the race site in the morning were faced with a 9/10 knot breeze that looked to be increasing.[more]


However the wind decreased and the racing schedule was postponed.


Eventually the wind shifted, settled and the sailors were called to the starting area.


In the under 17 (7.8) division Guido Carli (ITA 55) has edged in front of Alistair Masters (GBR 511), the 2005 world champion. In third place overall and first girl Sybille Bosch (FRA 100).


In the under 15 (6.8) division another Italian sailor, Davide La Vela (ITA 1) is dominating the fleet with 5 first places. Guy Raymond (ISR 311), and Adrian Jimenez (ESP 33) complete the top three boys; Ofir Halevy (ISR 5) is the leading girl, and 9th in the overall ranking.



The forecast is looking better today for some stronger breezes throughout the day.
