Bic Sport will again be providing equipment for charter at the 2012 World Championships to be held in Medemblik, Netherlands.[more]
It is likely that demand will exceed supply – so please submit your application as soon as possible . . . in fact, NOW would be a good time!
Priority will be given (as usual) to competitors & teams from outside Europe; that have the furthest to travel and/or logistical difficulties; and those from developing nations.
Costs have gone up, but this is the first increase since 2005.
The charter fee is
– board only 100 euro
– board + sail/rig 150 euro
The deposit has also been increased to 150 euro per person. The deposit remains refundable if ALL the equipment is returned, and it is returned in good condition.
You will be required to pay both charter fee and deposit, in advance, to confirm your allocation.
The schedule is:
now to 15th May – submit applications
15th May to 15th June – charter is allocated and confirmation required by payment of fees/deposit
15th June to 30th June – any balance of equipment will be allocated to those on the waiting list
