One of the best venues for windsurfing events, Circolo surf Torbole hosted the biggest windsurfing class of the present. BIC Techno 293 class broke once again its own participation record of European championships and 312 competitors from 28 countries and 5 continents had a fair fight for the titles and last qualification spots for this year’s youth Olympic Games.
