Some events have a slow start, but not here in Liepaja. Organisation was running like a Swiss clock and all was ready for start at 10 AM. Race committee did not hesitate to abandon the race when wind dropped. 3 races for all fleets in mostly light wind conditions which allowed those who like light air to gain some advantage before strong wind days forecast in the second half of the week.
