The 2018 Australian Youth National Championships have just commenced at the Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron on lovely Moreton Bay. These championships include the Bic Techno293 Oceania Championships and we have 26 under 19 year olds from 3 nations, NZ, Indonesia and Australia. Max van der Zalm from New Zealand started the regatta with three bullets to be three points ahead of Aussie Alex Halank. Queenslander Hailey Lea had a consistent day to be the first female and fourth overall.
