25–30 November 2025 – Jomtien Beach, Pattaya City, Thailand
The 2025 Asian Championships concluded in Pattaya after five days of competitive racing in warm, sunny and windy conditions. Almost 50 sailors from 11 countries took part, highlighting the growing strength of windsurfing across Asia.
The event opened with registration, equipment inspection, a practice race and a welcome dinner, creating a friendly and inclusive atmosphere on Jomtien Beach. Throughout the week, sailors completed between 13 and 15 races depending on the division, with conditions ranging from light morning breezes to stronger afternoon winds.
This year’s championships brought together athletes from Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, the Philippines, Chinese Taipei, Indonesia, Japan, the Czech Republic and Great Britain. The broad mix of nations contributed to a vibrant and international environment.

The championships once again demonstrated the rapid development of youth windsurfing across the region. Sailors showed not only strong technical skills but also determination, respect and sportsmanship throughout the week.
