Kingston, Ontario (August 13, 2015) – The final day of racing at the Sail Canada Youth National Championships and the RS:X and Techno 293 North American Championships at CORK International saw classic Kingston sailing conditions of sun and wind.[more]
All sailors were launched and racing at the scheduled time of 11:00 am in a west-southwest breeze of 12 – 14 knots. As the day progressed the thermal kicked in with winds increasing to 17-19 knots for the final races of the day. The racing was close in many fleets.
In the Techno 293 Geronimo Nores (USA), Mariana Aguilar (MEX), Anthony Swaelens (CAN), finished in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, respectively.
