The first event of 2012 for the T293 Class took place in Singapore from 12th to 15th January. The SIM Singapore Open was hosted at the National Service Resort Sea Sports Centre by the Windsurfing Association of Singapore.[more]
Competitors from Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand contested the championship over 3 days of racing which saw 6 races completed in a wide range of light to medium wind conditions.
Charter equipment was provided for all of the competitors courtesy of Constant Wind and Neil Pryde.

1) – Shauqi (Indonesia)
2) – Syadine (Indonesia) and first girl
3) – Wee Guan Hao Nicholas (Singapore)
