This is a reminder to all national class associations (NCA’s) that the closing date for charter applications is fast approaching. Individuals wishing to apply have a little more time, but are advised to apply now[more] – do not delay. Here is a reminder of the process and timetable for applications and allocations.
Once the deadline has been reached invoices will be sent out to both NCA’s and individuals – payment of charter fee and deposit will be required to confirm acceptance of the offer of charter equipment.
NCA’s shall be members of the international T293 class association; individuals shall be members of their Techno NCA.
Details of the distribution of the charter equipment will be available very soon – it is expected that charter equipment can be collected by 16th July – if not earlier.
Those applying for charter are advised that the return of equipment will take place over 2 days – ie after racing on the 24th and also on the 25th July. It is not practical to return 150 sets on 24th!
The confirmation process will also include a timetable for the return of charter after the event.
