28 techno sailors joined the “all Japan Championshp” – the Baien Cup 2010 – which took place at Coast Kunisaki, Oita City, Shioya Akimachi on 6-7 November. [more]Unfortunately mornings were calm and pumping was the order of the day in light afternoon winds but the grandness of the opening ceremony and the variety of beach activities and entertainment laid on by the organisers more than compensated for the lack of wind.
Overall the event was a huge success and undoubtedly Techno 293 has done much to strengthen the development of Japan Sailing Federation’s Olympic windsurfing campaign.
