I’ve the pleasure to inform you that a new international regatta for T293 will be raced in Marsala from Saturday February 21st to Monday February 23rd in Carnival holiday time. WINTER CUP 2009 will be for both Optimist and Techno 293 classes.[more]
In the last two years many competitors from several European countries joined the Optimist competition and so this year local organizers decided to open the event to young people international windsurfing class Techno 293 too. Societ? Canottieri Marsala, the organizing saliing club, is a well-experimented club that already hosted Techno 293, Raceboard Youth & Masters and Mistral Junior & Youth Worlds in August 2006. Their traditional hospitality and skill guarantee an high level quality regatta, giving the opportunity to have a valid contest before the Europeans scheduled in France at Easter week. Marsala has the biggest Techno 293 fleet in Italy and all the best young windsurfers in Italy have already assured will be part of the competition.
